From Albany, NY:

Route I-90 East to Exit 24. Continue to Route 787. Follow Route 787 north to Exit 9E to Route 7 East to Troy/ Bennington. Continue on NY Route 7 to Route 279 (Bennington Bypass) which takes you directly to Route 7 North. Take Exit 4 to Manchester Center. Turn left for Manchester; turn right for Bromley and Stratton Mountains.
OrTake I-87 north to the exit labeled Troy, NY, & Bennington, VT and follow signs for NY Route 7 East. Continue on NY Route 7 to Route 279 (Bennington Bypass), which takes you directly to Route 7 North. Take Exit 4 to Manchester

From Boston, MA and points southeast:

Route 2 West to I-91 North
In Brattleboro, VT, take Exit 2 off I-91
Follow signs to Route 30 North
Follow Route 30 to Routes 11/30 northwest
Routes 11/30 end in Manchester Center

From New York State, Ontario and points west:

I-90 East to Albany to Route 787
787 to Exit 9E – Route 7 East
Route 7 East becomes Route 9 East at the Vermont border
In Bennington, take Route 7 North
Take Exit 4 off Route 7 into Manchester Center.

From Saratoga Springs:

Take Route 29 East to Greenwich, NY. In Greenwich, pick up Route 372 to Cambridge. Pick up Route 313 to Arlington, VT then take Route 7A North into Manchester Center.

From Northern NY State and points northwest (including Lake George):

I-87 South to Exit 20 to Glens Falls (Rte. 149)
Take Route 149 East to Route 30 South
Route 30 intersects with Route 7A in Manchester Center.
